開放式熱流道的結(jié)構(gòu)一般都是比較簡(jiǎn)單的,適用于微型半熱流道,一般都是不能用在絕熱流道,絕熱流道對(duì)材料的局限性較高,而且直接接觸到產(chǎn)品表面,易出現(xiàn)拉絲和泄露,表面質(zhì)量差;微型半熱流道不接觸產(chǎn)品而是接觸到微小流道,所以可以使用開放式熱噴嘴,在國(guó)外的高精密模具中應(yīng)用較多。
